This two hour class will teach you everything you need to know about rent increase limits / rules and No-Cause Terminations. We'll also cover the required forms and both the State and Portland relocation fees.

This class is available to attend for free due to an education grant provided to RPM Education from the City of Portland.

*TWO Hours of Continuing Education credits are available for COR-REIA paid members (annual or monthly payment plan) who are licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers.
