ABOUT CHRISTIAN BRYANT
Christian has been working in real estate in the Portland and Salem areas since 2003. His expertise includes commercial/residential mortgages, and account executive/founding partner of Blue Fund Inc - a privately funded commercial finance and venture firm. Christian started Coldwell Banker Mountain West Property Management in February 2009 and merged with in 2016. IRC specializes in property management, construction/repairs, and residential and commercial property sales. He also owns Real Estate & Property Management Education and trains landlords across the state on how to be responsible property managers. Christian is also president of the Portland Area Rental Owners Association and president of the Northwest Real Estate Investors Association.
